During this time, extremist groups racked up over 23 million views and 4.2 million engagements on platforms like X and TikTok, spreading vile content that glorifies terrorism and demonizes the West.

Their message is clear: Israel is the enemy, and America is complicit. But beneath the surface, their campaign is rooted in something even more dangerous—virulent antisemitism, deep-seated anti-Americanism, and a radical hatred of capitalism and Western democracy.

Nerdeen Kiswani is a key agitator in this movement—named among the top 30 most malicious voices pushing hate online, in a recent report by the Capital Research Center. Their rhetoric is not only inflammatory—it’s dangerous.
